Events
Day 1: The Excerpt
A short film will be projected in front of the participants and written comprehension of the same will be provided to them. They will then be assigned a fictional character with whom they have to switch the protagonist of the short film and write the alternate ending.
Rules
  1. Students should be present at the event venue on time. No late entries will be allowed.
  2. You should bring a Pen and papers will be provided at the venue.
  3. The word limit for this event will be 300.
  4. Students are required to complete the task in the meantime.
Day 2: Pitch Deck
Participants would be required to come prepared with a one-slide presentation pitching an object to the jury(assigned a day prior), and present it during the event.
Rules
  1. The topic will be provided day before the event.
  2. 1 or 2 presentation slides are required and need to be explained in 4-5 mins and there is no language barrier.
  3. Prefarable formal clothing.
  4. Submission of the slides must be done one hour before the event starts.
Day 3: Model United Nations
Participants will be representing different countries, as in the United Nations, the speaker would then present three agendas in front of the countries and instantiate voting, the topic with the most votes will then be discussed among the countries.

  3. Closing the Debate
    – Voting Procedure Opening the Debate: Roll Call Within Model United Nations, the Roll Call is normally used to check who is attending, and how many people are attending. Through this, the Chairs can calculate the majority which is required within procedural and substantial voting. When you hear your Country's name, you can simply reply with “Present.” If you want to spice things up and declare how serious you are about the topic that is being discussed, you can also say “Present and Voting”.
